The old fashioned favorite of Pickled Okra, Sweet Gherkins, Baby Corn, Dill Spears, Black and Green Olives, Pepperoncini's and Green Onions.
Cold Grilled Vegetables $2.75 per guest
These vegetables are lightly grilled and served cold with a Southwest dipping sauce.
Fresh Raw Vegetable Tray $2.75 per guest
Broccoli, Carrots, Celery, Peppers, and seasonal favorites. These are examples of some of the items we use. If you have a preference please let us know. We offer these vegetables either raw or lightly grilled. Served with Ranch Dip
Crudite' Platter $3.50 per guest
Carrots, Snow Peas, Blanched Green Beans or Aspargus, Jicama, Red, Green and Gold Peppers, Marinated Mushrooms.These are just a few of the items we may use to build your tray. If you have preferences please let us know.
Antipasta Platter $3.25 per guest
Provolone, Havarti, Genoa Salami, Proscuitto, Olives, Pepperoncini, Marinated Artichokes, Cherry Tomatoes, and Feta Cheese. Ingredients may vary slightly.
Classic Meat Tray $3.00 per guest
Thinly sliced Smoked Turkey, Pit Ham, and Lean Roast Beef. Add buns for .35 each
Best of the Best Meat Platter $4.50 per guest
Smoked Beef Brisket, Pork Loin, Pastrami, Genoa Salami, and Roasted Turkey Breast. Served with buns or mini croissants
Fresh Fruit Platter $3.50 per guest
We will provide you an elegant tray of the freshest seasonal fruits available. Ready to eat with our world famous Vanilla Bean Dip.
Grande Cheese Platter $4.50 per guest
An assortment of wedges of Sharp Cheddar, Smoked Gouda, Havarti, Brie, Swiss, Danish Blue, Gorgonzola, or Feta. Garnished with Grapes. Served with crackers.
Basic Cheese Tray $2.75 per guest
Assorted Sliced or Cubed Cheeses. Cheddar, Swiss, and Hot Pepper. Ask about our flavored cubes. We use an array of spices and herbs to season cubes for a special touch. Served with crackers.
Table Display (Limited to 100 guests or more) $8.75 per guest
One of our signature items. We arrange an elegant display of fruits, cheeses, and vegetables with dips and crackers right on the table.
