Deli Classics
We pre-make these sandwiches on White and Wheat Breads then cut them into halves. Other bread choices are available. They are arranged decoratively on trays. Each sandwich is piled high with Smoked Turkey and Pit Ham, with a variety of cheeses. Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pickles, Onions, Mustard and Mayo will be trayed on the side.
Create Your Own – Sandwich Station
With this option we tray each item separately so that your guests can literally “Create Their Own” sandwiches. Smoked Turkey, Pit Ham, and/or Chicken Salad will be shaved on a tray along with a variety of Cheeses. Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pickles, and Onions will be on a separate tray. We also offer a nice selection of Breads such as White, Wheat, Potato, Croissants, Ciabatta, Foccacia, and Buns. Let us know what you prefer.
Chicken Salad Sandwich
Our Famous Chicken Salad on Bread of Choice. Lettuce and Tomato on the side.
Grilled Chicken Ciabatta
Seasoned Chicken Breast sliced on top of fresh Lettuce, Tomatoes, Roasted Red Peppers and Basil Mayonnaise.
Southwest Turkey Wrap
Smoked Turkey, Monterey Jack Cheese, Diced Green Chile, Diced Green Onion, Crumbled Bacon, Chipotle Mayonnaise.
Mediterranean Wrap
Smoked Turkey, Roasted Red Pepper, Lettuce, Tomato, Hummus, and Black Olives.
Caesar Chicken Wrap
Diced Grilled Chicken, Romaine Lettuce, Shredded Parmesan and Caesar dressing rolled in an Garlic and Herb wrap.
Veggie Sandwiches or Wraps
Assorted Seasonal Vegetables combined to make a delicious Sandwich or Wrap.
